How do I place my order?

All Phish New Year’s Eve Travel Packages must be purchased online. Packages will go on sale on Wednesday, September 27th at 12PM ET.  After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website is the price for two (2) guests, not including taxes and fees.

Do the Travel Packages come with concert tickets for all four nights of Phish at MSG?

YES! All Travel Packages include two 4-night tickets to the Phish Madison Square Garden New Year’s Eve run!

How will I know where my seats will be at Madison Square Garden?

Your seats will either be Premium Reserved or GA Floor dependent on the package you select. When purchasing a package with Premium Reserved seats, your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process.

Will my seats be the same for all four nights?

Yes! You will have the same ticket type and seat locations for reserved tickets for all four nights included within your Travel Package. 

How and where will I receive my tickets for the Phish concerts?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you. All tickets for the Phish run at Madison Square Garden will now be digital. You will receive your digital tickets in your Ticketmaster account within a few weeks of the event taking place. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to receive your tickets in your Ticketmaster account. If you need additional ticketing assistance, please email [email protected].

Do the Phish NYE Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+, because you must be 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show, however the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required at check-in.

Is there a payment plan for these packages?

Yes, there is a payment plan for these Travel Packages! An initial 60% deposit will be charged upon purchasing the package and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, November 10, 2023. If you purchase after November 10th, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. This is an automatic payment plan if you purchase before November 10th, meaning you’re on the plan by simply clicking “purchase”!

How do I receive my merchandise?

All Travel Package merchandise gifts must be picked up on-site at your hotel during check-in hours with 100x. Further instructions will be provided closer to the event, sent via email to the email address used for purchase. Please note, we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event. 

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time. 100x abides by the hotel’s standard policy:

Kimpton Hotel Eventi: Check-In: 3PM, Check-Out: 12PM

ACE Hotel New York: Check-In: 3PM, Check-Out: 12PM

Renaissance New York Midtown: Check-In: 4PM; Check-Out: 12PM 

What parking is available at the hotel?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking. Please see below for standard hotel parking information. For additional details or specific questions about parking, please visit the hotel’s website. 

Kimpton Hotel Eventi: Valet parking available for $65 + tax per day for standard vehicles and $75 + tax per day for SUVs and large vehicles. An additional fee of up to a full additional night will accrue for vehicles left after 1 PM on day of departure. 

ACE Hotel New York: Offers a discounted rate with a local parking garage located at: SP + Parking – 7 W 28th Street, New York, NY 10001 (Between Broadway and 5th Avenue)

Renaissance New York Midtown: Valet parking – $85 per day (no in/out privileges), $95 per day for oversized vehicles

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue:

Kimpton Hotel Eventi: 0.3 miles / 6 minute walk

ACE Hotel New York: 0.4 miles / 8 minute walk

Renaissance New York Midtown: 0.2 miles / 4 minute walk

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can contact us directly through this website to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x no later than December 14th.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on Madison Square Garden’s availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the Travel Package, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include your name, Travel Package type, and your order number when reaching out to us.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package transfer request must be submitted to 100x by Thursday, December 7, 2023. 

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and confirm your event, email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address (associated with their Ticketmaster account) and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us before December 7th, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their Travel Package!

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, merchandise gifts and show tickets) and cannot be separated. Tickets are 4-day event passes; therefore, they cannot be split by day.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we’d like to do our best to make your experience better so if you reach out to us, and we have a waiting list, we may be able to take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we are able to issue a refund on the package price.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the Madison Square Garden website.

Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?
